Terms and Conditions:

• Member must be 16 years or older.
• Membership is activated once payment and membership application form are completed. (Please present a valid ID and a passport size photo upon application submission. Payments can be made by cash or credit card).
• A membership ID card will be issued after completing the membership form and fully paid on the membership fee. (This must be shown on entry to the Center or before taking any classes, workshops and/or events). If card is lost/damage, 10 AED will be imposed to obtain a replacement ID card.
• La Dolce Vita – Art Learning Center accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses which may be received during the members’ participation in or traveling to and from La Dolce Vita – Art Learning Center events.
• The member must comply fully with all and any health and safety regulations introduced by La Dolce Vita – Art Learning Center. The member must ensure that he/ she is medically and physically fit and able to use our facilities and participate in activities. Members who have injuries or illnesses are advised to seek doctor’s advice before participating in any of our activities.
• La Dolce Vita – Art Learning Center cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the member.
• Please note that all purchases and/or membership charges are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.
• In case of any previous passes availed with the center; no refunds will be given but transferable to an individual not yet a member at LDV.
• Only the registered member can make changes on the contact details provided on our records.
• We have different types of membership. You will be entitled to all the benefits for the Type of Membership chosen. (Please see separate page for your membership details with additional terms & conditions).
• Membership benefits cannot be used/ combined with other offers, discounts or promotions.
• In the event of cancellation, termination and expiration of the membership, members can no longer use the privileges and benefits of the membership program. No refund shall be given for early cancellation or termination.
• If you wish to renew your membership, please notify us 30 days prior to your membership expiry date.
• Free monthly services cannot be carried over to the following month if not used.
• Pre-booking should be done online via www.ladolcevita.ae/schedule or contact us to reserve your spot.
• It is the member’s responsibility to check the reservation and ensure that the contained therein are correct.
• Members are advised to come at least 5 minutes before the class they booked to avoid disruptions.
• Our schedule is subject to change! We have the right to cancel, reschedule, or postpone a class. We will only notify member/s who booked in for a class.
• We are keeping an eco-friendly environment and we advise everyone to bring their water bottles to use.
• LDV Management reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, renew or terminate the listed benefits at any time.
• LDV reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
